MEMBER SPECIALISTS. Our Membership team will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, delivering resources, elevating professional brands and implementing other effective directives that reflect JBCC core values and achieve your objectives
OUTREACH. Outreach is responsible for supporting community events and relief efforts to assist communities by providing resources, and facilitating lifestyle programs. Outreach will coordinate with members, community leaders, and diverse sponsors for fundraising events, programs, volunteer activities and more
HUMAN RESOURCES. Our Human Resources department is here listen and assist members with concerns, answer questions and provide information about JBCC'S resources, policies and services
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT. Through the substantial support from our staff and partners, training and development is aimed at ongoing efforts that are made to improve the performance and self-fulfillment of our local region through a variety of educational methods and programs..
IT SUPPORT. To ensure your user experience is smooth and enjoyable, our IT support provides technical assistance with accounts, login issues, disabled functions, etc..

Jacksonville’s small black business scene has had many phases and trends associated with it. The Jacksonville Black Chamber of Commerce shares this with our servicing community. We
the Jacksonville Black Chamber of Commerce (JBCC) were founded in 2014 to provide black-owned, underserved small businesses more community opportunities with access to education and capital.
The organization is a 501(c)(6) business league, with a supporting 501(c)(3) charitable foundation. It’s a Black community focused and member driven organization. JBCC has historically been the go-to organization that supports and creates economic
opportunities for underserved small businesses with education, resources, and access to capital.
